Every Zefiro journey is designed from scratch, never relying on templates. We take the time to understand each client, turning their travel dreams into thoughtfully curated journeys, weaving in authentic Italian experiences and personal moments - all with that unmistakable Zefiro touch.

To do so, we kindly ask for the following information:

• Client’s name
• Age and nationality
• Client profile (are they travelling as a couple, with family or friends, on honeymoon, VIP, etc?)
• Their level of travel experience
• Have they visited Italy before?
• Their interests, preferred activities - and activities to avoid!
• Any specific preferences, sensitivities, or important notes

All bespoke travel proposals are created and presented via Travefy or similar  and shared with you through a private, secure link.

• Our pricing is provided as a packaged NET rate, and is not itemised. This ensures margin protection and clarity for our partner agencies.
• Agent commission can be included within the total if preferred
• All services, inclusions, and conditions are clearly outlined in the proposal
• Our Terms & Conditions are shared alongside the proposal

All proposals are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Pricing may vary based on seasonality, demand, or special events, particularly during high season.

Upon confirmation, the following payment terms apply:

• A 30% or 50% deposit, depending on the nature of the booking
• Full balance 60 days prior to arrival
• If commission is included, it will be recognised and settled after the clients’ trip.

Payments are accepted via wire transfer or credit card*. To issue the invoice, full billing details are required, including legal entity name, billing address, and VAT number where applicable. Invoices are issued in line with the agreed payment schedule.
