Piedmont is the birthplace of the Slow Food movement, so where better to meet acclaimed Chef Luca, than amidst the vibrant colours and mouthwatering smells of Porta Palazzo, Europe’s largest open-air market.
Immerse yourself in the seasonal flavours of the locally-sourced products and pick choice ingredients to prepare for a delicious Piedmontese lunch.
After enjoying the market, it’s time to head back to Chef Luca’s beautiful home restaurant for a guided cookery class. An elegant 18th-century apartment in an historic building moments away from the bustling market, Luca’s home restaurant fuses stylish modern design with original frescos and coffered ceilings.
Having taken Italian haute cuisine to exclusive restaurants around the world, Luca returned to Torino with this unique and intimate dining experience. He will guide you through the preparation and cookery of the dishes, before everyone sits down to eat together, in true Italian style.
